When you create a Pizza AI account, we collect your restaurant name, owner name, business email, phone numbers, and restaurant address. We also collect order data and call logs generated through your use of the Phone AI and Website AI systems.
We use your information to provide and operate the Pizza AI service, process subscription billing, send operational notifications, and assist with setup and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Order and call data generated by your restaurant's customers is used solely to operate the Pizza AI ordering system. This data is stored securely and is accessible to your restaurant's authorized users.
Pizza AI subscription payments are processed by Stripe. VGS does not store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
Your restaurant account, order history, and configuration data are retained after cancellation for record-keeping purposes. If you wish to request data deletion, contact VGS support.
