1. Service Description

Pizza AI is a subscription-based AI ordering platform operated by Virtual Growth Systems (“VGS”). The service includes Phone AI, Website AI, kitchen order workflow, printer integration, and a restaurant management dashboard.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pizza AI is a paid subscription service. By activating your account you authorize Virtual Growth Systems to charge the applicable monthly fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Pricing is shown at the time of activation.

3. First 30-Day Cancellation Period

You may cancel your Pizza AI subscription during the initial 30-day period following activation. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed. Cancellation terms are subject to VGS policy at the time of your activation.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Pizza AI is also governed by the Privacy Policy. VGS does not sell your restaurant's customer data to third parties.

5. Service Availability

VGS targets high availability for Pizza AI but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
